Regular Publication

HJCS follows a regular quarterly publication schedule to ensure consistency, predictability, and timely dissemination of scholarly contributions.

Each issue may contain research-based community service articles, community engagement reports, community empowerment studies, participatory research, case studies, reflective practices, methodological contributions, and other scholarly works that fall within the journal's aims and scope.

The number of articles published in each issue may vary depending on the quality and number of manuscripts that successfully complete the journal's editorial screening, double-blind peer-review, revision, and final editorial evaluation processes.

Editorial and Peer-Review Process

Manuscripts are not accepted solely to fulfill a predetermined number of articles per issue. Every manuscript must successfully complete the journal's editorial and peer-review procedures before publication.

The publication schedule does not affect editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated based on their:
